What Cogswells are doing

What Cogswells are doing:
July 17th:  Sheila Cogswell of Owego didn’t even have to bend down to fill a bucket full of raspberries while picking them at Apple Hills in the Town of Chenango (Binghamton, N.Y.) recently. She could just reach out and grab them because the bushes were so full.  "Last year we had to hunt for them," she said. "This year they’re fabulous." Cogswell joined hundreds of Southern Tier residents who prefer to fill their own pails with fruit rather than buy them from a farm stand or in a grocery store.
