I’m back

I’m back home.  The hip replacement surgery took place on Tuesday, and the Surgeon was ready to let me go home on Friday, but I waited until Saturday.  She tells me it was successful.  I still have some pain in my buttock where I am told there are about 40 staples which are to be removed by a nurse who will come to my home this Friday.  If Cogswells did anything very exciting while I was in hospital, they kept it out of the newspapers.  Joseph Cogswell was involved in another swimming meet, and was a winner in three events – at least two of them team races.  Otherwise, I didn’t find anything of note.
Okay, Cogswells!  Now that I’m home, I’ll be pleased to see your activities/accomplishments again.
