Courier in the Post Office

The April Couriers are now in the Post Office.  We drove over to Richford, Vermont, a little worried because we don’t have our passports yet, but apart from asking for our birth certificates, which we had with us, there was no change.  We did run into a problem in Richford, though.  The Postmaster had left early, taking the keys, and there weren’t enough stamps out.  We got only 110 mailed there (plus the ones to Britain and to our Secretary)  So we had to drive on to Enosburg Falls.  The Postmaster there had also left, but they managed to find enough stamps for the remaining Couriers.  That was lucky, because it was too late to get to another Post Office.  It doubled the driving distance, but the job is done.
