Toronto Visit

Because we had no family get-together at Christmas (our son was in Calgary, Alberta, our grandchildren in Rome, Italy, and we in Sutton, Quebec) we decided on a get-together in Toronto Ontario last week.  Our grandson has returned there and is looking for work, our granddaughter on a reading week, our son flew in from Calgary, and we drove up deom Sutton.  We stayed with my wife’s cousin in Ajax and commuted by go-train.  It was agreed that our granddaughter could study until 3 p.m. each day, and then we would do something, although the first two days our grandson was getting his resume ready for a potential part time job (Don’t think he got it) but we still had time to visit the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) see two movies and visit the Humber Market, as well as eat at a number of restaurants, including a Korean Grill House where they provided raw meat and we cooked it ourselves on grills in our table.  Travelled on Saturday each way, and had good weather for driving both ways.  Not a spectacular visit, but okay.
