Dateline Calgary, Alberta, not Sutton, Quebec.
I know this makes the title of the last entry a lie, but thought readers might be intrerested.
Yesterday, December 29th, a group of thirteen people (oldest to youngest: me, my wife, my wife’s brother and his wife, our son, our nephew and his wife, our grandson and granddaughtrer, our great niece and her friend, and our two grand nephews [the youngest age 3]) drove to Banff, Alberta, where we spent an hour or more in an outdoor pool at Banff Hot Springs.  Air temperature outside the pool area was about -14 Celceus (7 Fareinheit) but the water temperature was quite comfortable.  In Canada, one does not expect to go swimming December 29th, but the pool was crowded.
