Courier in the mail

The December Couriers were put in the Mail yesterday.  Had trouble because of the wind.  It knocked out the power.  Couldn’t get the money for postage because they had no power so no computers.  Had to wait at two Post Offices (in Canada and Vermont) until they got their computers working.   Meanwhile, Cogswells haven’t been doing much.  In the last five days I have found one who was a member of a swimming relay team.   Other than that, four have been in trouble with the law – one for keeping a dog that kills or injures, one for failing a breathalyzer test, and two for selling drugs.
